We work with organizations that improve our connection with the natural world through recreation and conservation.
Working in several phases, Pedal Lucid helped the Idaho Conservation League quantify constituent engagement within Salesforce and related systems. These engagement levels allow ICL to understand the effectiveness of different initiatives, as well as improve communication at scale through various channels including Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot).
Pedal Lucid worked with Just Roots to design and implement a custom Salesforce solution centered around the Program Management Module that tracks CSA farm share deliveries as well as program referrals from local healthcare providers.
NWAC exists to increase avalanche awareness, reduce avalanche impacts, and equip the community with mountain weather and avalanche forecasts, education, and data.
Using Pardot and Salesforce, Pedal Lucid helped NWAC quantify and understand how virtual workshop participants (the first point of contact with NWAC for many backcountry enthusiasts) continue to engage with the organization after the class has been completed.
The Montana Wilderness School provides empowering expeditionary wilderness courses to youth that foster personal growth and cultivate a conservation ethic.
Pedal Lucid helped MWS streamline program applications and management using Salesforce, through both initial implementation & ongoing coaching.
Through 30+ years of community-building, stewardship, and education, MITA has fostered the sustainable use of the Maine Island Trail, a recreational water trail for boaters of all kinds.
Pedal Lucid has supported MITA’s ongoing use of Salesforce through several phases of work; from authenticating members in a 3rd party mobile app to improving how volunteer hours and cleanup are tracked at specific island stewardship sites.
Portland Trails is a nonprofit organization that has built and maintained a 70+ mile multi-use trail network in and around the city of Portland, ME.
With the support of Pedal Lucid, Portland Trails moved decades of data from a clunky on-premise system to Salesforce. Despite the sudden switch to a remote office at the end of the project (spring 2020), staff were finally able to see a complete overview of constituent engagement in one system.
