Meet the team
Duncan McGovern
Duncan started Pedal Lucid out of his desire to help people improve their relationship with their data after working in Montana, New Zealand, and Maine as a Salesforce administrator, declarative developer, business analyst, marketing director, and consultant. He’s passionate about technology and even more passionate about helping people use it effectively.
Duncan lives in Missoula, MT, where he loves year-round outdoor recreation (skiing, biking, hiking…) with his wife and two sons.
Nicholas 'Rusty' Rustigian
Rusty officially joined the PL team in the spring of 2021. He's been working with technology systems since 2010 with a number of nonprofits, both as a staff member and an independent consultant. His passion for this work doesn't come from technology, but helping non-profits build capacity and efficiency. He has a keen understanding of the governance and change management involved in technology projects—and that achieving success starts with the people involved.
Rusty lives in Bozeman, MT. He enjoys cooking, live music, the outdoors and most forms of recreation.
Rachel Sinex
Rachel has been a part of the Pedal Lucid team since March 2020. Prior to joining Pedal Lucid, Rachel was an independent Salesforce Consultant, working primarily with non-profits adopting Salesforce for the first time. In addition to her technical expertise configuring Salesforce and other technologies to meet her client's needs, Rachel leans on over 8 years of experience in non-profit fundraising operations at national and international organizations in Washington, DC, New York City and Asheville, NC.
When she's not helping her clients reach their goals through successful adoption of technology solutions, she is investing in local real estate or exploring the mountains (and breweries!) of Western North Carolina.
Kelly Kjorlien
Kelly is a project manager and technical consultant with experience building and maintaining customer experience programs and managing high-performing teams. Early in her career, Kelly spent several years working in the non-profit sector before transitioning to the technology industry, working in both early-stage startups and technical consulting. With a passion for making a positive impact on her community, Kelly strives to use her expertise to help organizations of all types reach their full potential.
Kelly lives in Bozeman, MT where she enjoys outdoor recreation, and growing as many vegetables and flowers as possible in her home garden.
